The practice of yoga invites us to connect more deeply with ourselves through building awareness of our body, mind and soul. While the practice may be individual in nature, it is through community that we create shared meaning and expand together. Joins us in a celebration of community on retreat in the Nicaraguan jungle as we collaborate with Anna Argeropoulos and The Moving Galaxy | Yoga & Mindful Movement.
This vibrant oceanside experience invites guests to go with the flow. Spend your time swinging in hammocks, catching waves, exploring natural wonders and making new friends. Sunshine, sandy shores and salty waters await!

COSTA DULCE
Costa Dulce is remotely located in a lush tropical jungle fully immersed in nature. The ecolodge sits above a secluded beach and nearby the Escameca Grande river where guests can swim, surf and paddle board. Gather and unwind in the inviting community spaces, including the lounge where music and salsa dancing are on the menu.
Rustic bungalow cabins overlook the ocean and welcome in jungle air. Guests have the option of single or double accommodations each with a private terrace.
Book your flight to Managua MGA (Nicaragua) or Liberia LIR (Costa Rica). Private group shuttles will be coordinated to transport guests to the property, approximately a 2 hour drive, and will be charged separately.
